Christopher’s perspective is shaped by work across operations, logistics, organizational leadership, technology, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, entrepreneurship, and public-service problem solving. Apricity Group grew from a practical premise: understand how a system behaves, identify what is driving the outcome, and build a response that can actually be used.
